grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:/p>

- Use the data retrieved from the API to calculate travel expenses and compliance rates for your end-users.
3. Usage Restrictions (Anti-Scraping & Competitive Clause)
This Service is intended for integration, not data harvesting. You specifically agree NOT to:
- Bulk Scraping: Use the Service to systematically crawl, "scrape," or download the entire database for the purpose of creating a derivative database.
- Resale of Raw Data: Sell, rent, or lease the raw data retrieved from the API as a standalone data product.
- Competitive Use: Use the Service to build a product that directly competes with Allowances API’s subscription service.
- API Key Sharing: Share your API key with third parties or allow unauthorized access to the Service.
- Circumvention: Attempt to bypass rate limits or access undocumented endpoints.
4. Fees and Payment
- Subscriptions: Fees are billed in advance on a [Monthly/Annual] basis.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Intellectual Property
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use of the Service. 9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Alicante, Spaisn, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to these Terms.
These Terms are drafted in the English language. If this agreement is translated into any other language, the English language text shall prevail.
10. Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD, [Your Company Name] processes personal data (such as user emails and billing info) as a Data Controller.
